Product Engineer (Mid–Senior)
🇮🇩Remote — Indonesia based
You’re a hands-on engineer who enjoys building products from 0 → 1 and owning real outcomes.
About you
You enjoy experimentation — trying ideas, testing quickly, and learning from what works
You’re willing to let go of your own code or ideas when the business or product needs a different direction
You’re comfortable with uncertainty and like working on new problems, not just executing a fixed spec
You take ownership, act proactively, and have high agency — curious, pragmatic, and comfortable working independently in our async setup
Comfortable speaking and writing in English — our team and all documentation are in English
3+ years of experience as a software engineer
Strong backend experience with Go and PostgreSQL
Frontend experience with Vue and/or React
Comfortable working end-to-end: product, code, and delivery
Experience with CI/CD, testing, and shipping production-ready systems
Familiar with OpenAI API or similar AI platforms
Comfortable building and improving AI features in production — prompts, retrieval, evaluations, and iterating on quality from real usage
Experience with (or interest in) Cursor — everyone at Twentylab uses it
Highly preferred
Experience with vector databases (especially pgvector on PostgreSQL)
Familiarity with LangChain or similar LLM orchestration frameworks
Experience building or operating SaaS infrastructure (multi-tenant systems, auth, billing, deployment)
Comfortable with Docker and containerized deployments
Frontend experience with TypeScript
Experience with fine-tuning, data labeling, or custom model workflows
Product Designer
🇩🇪Remote — Germany based
A hybrid design role for someone who shapes complex product experiences in healthcare AI — close to users, the founding team, and the details that matter in regulated environments.
About you
You enjoy experimentation and working in an async setup
You like a hybrid role — plenty of interaction with users and direct collaboration with the founding team
Comfortable meeting or visiting users around 2–3 times per month
You enjoy AI-assisted design and quick prototyping — not slow, handoff-heavy workflows
Comfortable speaking and writing in English — our internal team language and documentation are in English
Fluent German (native or C1) — we’re building AI automation for healthcare and medical workflows, and you’ll work closely with German-speaking users and stakeholders
Strong grasp of design systems, especially for complex flows and information-heavy products
Experience with Figma, Cursor, and AI-assisted design workflows — we also use an internal AI tool in our design process
Portfolio showing end-to-end product design work — from problem framing to polished UI
Highly preferred
Background in healthcare or other complex, highly regulated industries
Experience with user research, usability testing, or validating designs with real users
Familiarity with accessibility standards — especially relevant in healthcare products
Business & Technical Project Manager
No longer accepting applications
🇮🇩Remote — Indonesia based
A hybrid role for people who love connecting business, product, and engineering.
Ideal if you’ve worked in multiple roles before (e.g. software engineer, product manager, tech lead)
Comfortable joining client calls and translating problems into clear plans
Responsible for preparing roadmaps, breaking work into tickets, and keeping projects moving
Enjoys solving ambiguous problems and understanding different business processes
Familiar with OpenAI API or similar AI platforms
Understands AI fundamentals, including fine-tuning, data labeling, and practical AI workflows
Strong communicator who can work async but knows when a call makes sense
Technically fluent enough to collaborate closely with engineers
