Overview

VSPV needed a resilient digital backbone for hearing and decision operations. The legacy process relied on manual handovers, fragmented documents, and limited visibility across stakeholders. We designed and delivered a centralized platform that orchestrates intake, review, and final decision support in one operational flow.

The Challenge

Teams had to process high volumes of case files under strict quality expectations. Information lived across PDFs, emails, and disconnected systems, making each case slow to assess and harder to standardize. The key challenge was introducing automation without sacrificing accountability, transparency, or human judgment.
